Class Descriptions
Regular - A regular dance class is a 45 minute or hour dance class consisting of both tap and jazz technique.
Ballet - A 45 minute class that focuses on ballet technique. Strict dress code will be enforced. Students must be 6 years old to start.
Lyrical/Contemporary - a 45-minute class that combines ballet technique with jazz and often modern A student MUST be enrolled in ballet to participate in this class.
Hip Hop - The newest trend for dancers is their growing desire to perform hip hop. This class is for students ages 6+. The dancer learns hip hop technique as well as choreography and class will be taught in an age appropriate professional manner.
CHECKOUT
Tumbling - This class is for students aged 6-11 only. They will learn strengthening exercises as well as floor acrobatics.
Modern - This class teaches many different styles of modern, focusing mostly on that of Martha Graham. Students must be 10 years old to begin modern. This class will also assist with improving contemporary skills.
Private Lesson - A private lesson meets one time a month for 30 minutes. This can be a solo, duo, or trio. The dancer will receive 9 lessons, beginning in August and running through April. Private lessons are on a first-come, first-served basis, and full tuition must be paid prior to the first lesson.
